The firm partners closely with entrepreneurs and equity sponsors to deliver flexible, non‑dilutive capital designed to extend runway, fund growth initiatives, and preserve equity value.
The platform manages multiple investment vehicles and has established itself as a trusted financing partner to high‑growth, venture‑backed businesses across a range of industries.
The firm is seeking a Vice President or Director to join its investment team. This professional will play a key role across origination, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management, while working closely with senior leadership and external partners.
This opportunity is well‑suited for an investment professional with experience in private credit, venture debt, growth equity, or structured lending who is looking to take on broader responsibility within a lean, entrepreneurial investment platform.
Investment Origination & Execution
- Source and evaluate new investment opportunities across growth credit and structured lending strategies
- Lead financial analysis, credit underwriting, downside assessment, and transaction structuring
- Coordinate commercial, financial, and operational diligence with management teams, sponsors, and third‑party advisors
- Prepare and present investment memoranda to an internal investment committee
Portfolio Management
- Actively monitor portfolio company performance, covenant compliance, and credit risk
- Partner with portfolio company management on ongoing financing needs, follow‑on capital, amendments, and restructurings when necessary
- Support liquidity events, refinancings, and exit processes
Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for borrowers, founders, and equity sponsors
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, private equity sponsors, and intermediaries
- Represent the firm with co‑investors and institutional capital partners as needed
Platform & Team Contribution
- Mentor and develop junior investment professionals
- Support fund‑level reporting, analysis, and investor communications
- Contribute to the continued evolution of the firm's investment process, portfolio construction, and market positioning
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in private credit, venture debt, growth equity, investment banking, or structured finance
- Proven experience underwriting and executing debt or hybrid capital transactions
- Exposure to venture‑backed or high‑growth companies strongly preferred
Skills & Attributes
- Strong financial modeling, credit analysis, and investment judgment
- Ability to structure transactions with meaningful downside protection
- Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable engaging directly with founders, executives, and institutional partners
- Self‑directed and effective in a lean, fast‑moving environment
Salary : $325,000 - $350,000
