The Investor Relations Senior Associate will be responsible for:
- Managing the execution of capital formation and investor relations initiatives across multiple funds and strategies
- Developing and maintaining high-quality investor content, including pitchbooks, fund presentations, DDQs, and ad hoc materials
- Coordinating end-to-end due diligence processes with internal teams (investment, legal, compliance, operations)
- Supporting fundraising efforts through investor research, pipeline analysis, and meeting preparation
- Maintaining and optimizing the investor CRM and fundraising data infrastructure
- Tracking and reporting on fundraising progress, LP pipelines, and commitment timelines
- Continuously improving investor communications and the overall LP experience
The Investor Relations Senior Associate should have:
- ~3-6 years of experience in investor relations, capital formation, project management, or a related role within alternative investments or financial services
- Strong familiarity with private market fund structures (e.g., real assets, infrastructure, private capital, real estate)
- Excellent project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills suited for institutional audiences
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM/investor management platforms
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree required; CFA, CAIA, or MBA a plus
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
