Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to trading desks, ensuring smooth execution and post-trade processes.
- Own and enhance operational work flows, tools, and systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Support and improve trader's risk management tools and ensure alignment with firm-wide standards.
- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance proprietary systems and integrate new solutions.
- Gain expertise in internal systems for trade capture, inventory, treasury, and risk management, particularly for futures and options.
- Reconcile trades and positions with clearing houses, brokers, and counter parties.
- Perform daily profit and loss (P&L) calculations and ensure accuracy through substantiation.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in trading operations, risk management, or related roles within financial services.
- Familiarity with futures, options, and OTC products; experience with fixed income, FX, crypto, or commodities is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python is a must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative discipline.
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
