Private Credit Senior Associate - Structured Products
A leading private credit investment platform is seeking a Structured Products Senior Associate to join their team. This individual will play a key role in the structuring, execution, and management of financing solutions that support the firm's direct lending, specialty finance, and opportunistic credit strategies.
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative team and gain exposure to a broad range of structured credit products, while working alongside senior investment professionals, capital markets specialists, and institutional investors.
The Structured Products Senior Associate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the structuring and execution of debt financing transactions across the platform's credit strategies
- Assisting with securitizations, CLO transactions, warehouse facilities, asset-backed financings, and other structured credit solutions
- Building and maintaining transaction models, cash flow analyses, and capital structure scenarios
- Coordinating due diligence and transaction execution with legal counsel, rating agencies, lenders, and investors
- Reviewing and preparing transaction documentation, including offering materials, financing agreements, and investor presentations
- Monitoring existing financing facilities and supporting ongoing reporting requirements
- Conducting market research and analyzing trends across structured credit and capital markets
- Partnering with investment, treasury, legal, operations, and investor relations teams to support new and existing financing initiatives
- Assisting with investor communications and responding to diligence requests from debt and equity investors
- Evaluating new financing structures and capital solutions to support the firm's growth
The Structured Products Senior Associate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, structured finance, securitizations, private credit, capital markets, or asset management
- Experience with CLOs, ABS, warehouse financing facilities, leveraged finance, or other structured credit products
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and desire to take ownership of complex projects
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
