One of the world's most successful hedge funds is building a cutting-edge engineering team in New York, focused on high-performance Python systems and next-generation ML infrastructure.
This newly formed group is leading a transition to a TPU/JAX-powered stack, and is actively hiring top engineers from elite tech companies to bring deep systems and machine learning expertise into a fast-paced, highly commercial environment.
- Architect and optimize infrastructure for ML workloads across CPUs, GPUs, and TPUs
- Build scalable, low-latency systems in Python with a focus on performance and reliability
- Collaborate with researchers and traders to deploy models with real-world impact
- Own projects end-to-end from day one in a deeply technical, high-ownership culture
- Strong academic foundations in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Clear career progression and a track record of technical excellence
- Experience building performant infrastructure in production environments
- Familiarity with JAX, TPUs, or ML systems is a plus (but not required)
Compensation packages will exceed seven figures for exceptional candidates and will be in a fully cash structure (base bonus)
Salary : $400,000 - $1,200,000
