Product Strategy Senior Associate

Our team is partnering with a global asset management firm in Connecticut that is looking to expand their Product Strategy team. The firm has an AUM of over $800B and offer over 500 investment strategies. They are looking for a Product Strategy Senior Associate who will work directly with senior leadership to assist with strategic decision making. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is a great opportunity to gain exposure across different internal teams and all levels of seniority at the firm.



Responsibilities:

• Create presentations and lead data analysis to support product development, expansion, and competitive advantage
  
• Interpret large data sets and large quantities of product information for alternative investments and mutual funds
  
• Master internal databases such as Preqin, eVestment, and Factset
  
• Condense and outline market and industry trends
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or business
  
• At least 3 years of experience working in investment management, asset management, or wealth management
  
• Strong understanding of capital markets, and the asset management and wealth management space
  
• Familiarity with mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs
  
• Strong data and excel skills
  
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with company leadership
