A leading financial services organization is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to join its Technology Engineering team. This is a strategic role focused on enterprise identity management, Microsoft 365 optimization, and cloud integration. You will design and implement secure, scalable identity solutions that enable seamless access across a complex enterprise environment while ensuring compliance, interoperability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Principal Solution Architect, you will work on:
Identity & Access Management Architecture:
- Design and implement vendor-neutral IAM architectures that integrate with multiple enterprise systems.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for identity services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Establish standards and best practices for identity management across heterogeneous environments.
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Optimization:
- Drive architecture strategies for Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity solutions.
- Optimize licensing models and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising security or functionality.
- Ensure seamless integration between cloud infrastructure services, virtual desktop environments, and identity platforms.
Security & Compliance:
- Implement information protection and rights management solutions across platforms.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal security policies.
- Conduct impact analysis for new identity services and design modifications to existing systems.
Innovation & Proof of Concept:
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging identity technologies.
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex identity issues.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with infrastructure teams, product managers, and developers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship and knowledge transfer to cross-functional teams.
- Take ownership of identity management discipline and manage all Level 2 related issues in the enterprise ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years in enterprise identity management, with strong Microsoft 365 expertise.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, and hybrid identity solutions.
- Protocols: Proficiency in SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and federation technologies.
- Cloud Services: Experience with virtual desktop solutions and cloud infrastructure.
- Automation: Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for identity automation.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
