Establish and execute strategic plans for commercial property and casualty lines.
Oversee underwriting policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and market relevance.
Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership to align commercial strategy with broader organizational goals.
Represent the division in high-level internal and external engagements, including industry forums and strategic partnerships.
Drive innovation in underwriting systems and process design to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
Mentor and develop senior leaders within the commercial lines team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Master's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 9-13 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial lines underwriting.
Proven track record in strategic planning, policy development, and operational oversight.
Extensive knowledge of rate setting, product design, premium audit, and underwriting governance.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex business functions.

Base salary range: $280,000 - $310,000.
