The firm is actively expanding its Industrials Investment Banking team in Denver, CO, driven by strong deal flow and an active transaction pipeline.
This is a hands-on Associate opportunity offering meaningful client exposure, responsibility across the full deal lifecycle, and the chance to work closely with senior bankers on complex, high-impact industrials transactions. Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth industry, company, and financial analysis across industrials subsectors
- Build and review financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, and transaction scenarios
- Prepare client-facing materials, including pitch books, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations
- Support due diligence and transaction execution across mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets mandates
- Collaborate with senior bankers on strategic advisory initiatives and business development efforts
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Investment Banking, Corporate Development or Private Equity experience
- A background in the Industrials sector with meaningful M&A transaction experience is a plus but not required
- M&A and Capital Markets deal experience
- MBA or Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
