Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of investment banking experience, preferably in capital markets or technology coverage.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, LBO analysis, and deal structuring.
- Experience preparing pitch books, CIMs, board materials, and management presentations.
- Solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence.
