What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investment Associate ABS Opporations position at Selby Jennings?
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day operational processes related to investment transactions and portfolio activity.
- Maintain and update financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness across systems.
- Coordinate cash movements, reconciliations, and general account administration activities.
- Assist with reporting, monitoring, and ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
- Several years of experience in operations, financial services, within ABS or ABF.
- General understanding of financial products and investment processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Advanced Excel skills, VBA, SQL, and a firm grasp of payment mechanics are required. Other programming languages are a plus. Experience with Aladdin, Intex, DV01, or Wall Street Office (WSO) are preferred.
