We leverage industry-leading tools: Wealthbox CRM, MoneyGuidePro, Nitrogen, Black Diamond and Holistaplan to deliver a seamless client experience and scalable operations. As we expand, we’re seeking an Associate Financial Advisor who is eager to learn, grow, and help us deliver exceptional service.
The Opportunity
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to build a career as a lead advisor. You’ll begin by supporting client relationships through financial planning, investment analysis, and client service tasks — and grow into an advisory role as you gain experience and trust.
You’ll work directly with the firm’s principal advisor to prepare plans, participate in client meetings, and gradually take ownership of relationship
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and update comprehensive financial plans using MoneyGuidePro & Holistaplan
- Support client onboarding, investment reviews, and trading activity in Black Diamond.
- Assist with meeting preparation, performance reporting, and follow-up communications.
- Participate in client meetings alongside the lead advisor.
- Handle client inquiries and coordinate with custodians.
- Contribute to process improvement and documentation in Wealthbox.
- Progressively assume responsibility for certain client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management (RIA or Brokerage firm experience preferred).
- CFP® certification or active progress toward it.
- Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)
- Series 65 (or ability to obtain within 2 months).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A client-first mindset and desire to grow into a lead
