Head of Accounts Payable Responsibilities
- Lead accounts payable and vendor management operations across a complex organization.
- Ensure accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and strong internal controls.
- Monitor KPIs, compliance requirements, and operational performance.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements.
- Partner with key business stakeholders on audit, regulatory, and operational matters.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team.
Head of Accounts Payable Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of Accounts Payable leadership experience, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
- Coming from Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of AP operations, procure-to-pay processes, and financial controls.
- Experience with large ERP systems and AP automation platforms.
