Seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead PCBA test development across the full product lifecycle. You'll create test fixtures, develop automation, resolve hardware issues, and partner with contract manufacturers and our hardware engineering teams.

- Own PCBA test strategy across EVT/DVT/PVT, ramp, and sustaining
- Define test coverage, limits, logging, and yield metrics
- Design and build ICT, FVT, burn‑in, FATP, and system‑level test fixtures
- Develop scalable Python‑based automated test software
- Deploy tests at contract manufacturers; train teams and drive improvements
- Provide DFT/DFM feedback in design reviews
- Maintain test plans, work instructions, golden unit strategy, and calibration procedures
- Use modern tools (including AI‑assisted workflows) for debug, log triage, and documentation
- Travel to supplier sites for NPI builds and line bring‑up
- BS in EE, CE, or related field
- 3 years industry experience
- Strong Python skills for automation and hardware I/O
- Ability to interpret register maps and use HALs
- ECAD proficiency (Altium, Mentor, Cadence, etc.)
- Hands‑on PCBA test development experience in production environments
- Strong hardware debug skills (scopes, DMMs, logic/protocol analyzers)
- Experience working with contract manufacturers
- FPGA prototyping or basic RTL familiarity
- C/C experience for embedded firmware
- High‑speed digital debug experience (SERDES, clocking, SI/PI)
- SolidWorks experience
