This role will work closely with teams across risk management, analytics, and reporting to enhance operational effectiveness and influence strategic decision‑making within an innovative firm.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate qualitative and quantitative insights across non‑financial risk domains to produce high‑quality, executive‑ready analysis.
• Develop materials for senior leadership and Board committees that clearly communicate implications, dependencies, scenarios, and recommended actions.
• Elevate the structure, clarity, and strategic relevance of enterprise risk reporting and communications.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting frameworks, data visualization, and communication methodologies.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for expanding enterprise‑level risk insights and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, strategic advisory, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of non‑financial risk categories and drivers.
• Demonstrated experience creating high‑impact content for senior executives, committees, or Boards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect diverse data points into cohesive insights.
• Proven success enhancing enterprise risk culture and engagement across a complex organization.
