Director of Finance & Accounting Responsibilities:
- Reports to executive leadership; provides strategic financial direction
- Oversees accounting, payroll, and financial operations
- Leads financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensures GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Manages cash flow, capital, and risk mitigation strategies
Director of Finance & Accounting Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA required
- 8 years in finance/accounting
- 3 years in leadership
