Overview
The Finance Carry Program Lead helps make sure the company's carried interest program runs smoothly and accurately. This person works closely with the Compensation team, keeps fund‑level carry math in good shape, helps with allocations and payouts, and shares clear financial insights with teams across the company. The right fit is someone who knows investment finance really well, likes improving processes, and works well with others.
Fund Calculations & Pool Management
- Handle the fund‑level carry models and keep them accurate and up to date.
- Figure out which investments qualify for carry based on the fund's setup and performance.
- Track overall pool sizes so Compensation and leadership know what's available for allocation.
- Put checks and controls in place to make sure data stays clean and consistent.
- Team up with Compensation to make sure carry allocations follow the plan rules.
- Share financial data and performance summaries so HR and Talent have what they need for communications.
- Provide the numbers needed for system updates-things like vesting, forfeitures, and payouts.
- Create fund summaries and carry pool insights for the Investment Advisory Committee or similar groups.
- Help keep documentation and policies current with industry norms and regulations.
- Be the go‑to person for anything related to how the carry program works financially.
- Help carry payouts happen on time and according to the rules.
- Share accurate financial details with leadership and Compensation so payouts can be approved.
- Support the creation of participant‑level reports that clearly show earnings and program status.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or something similar; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a bonus.
- 5-8 years in fund finance, private equity, asset management, or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, carried interest, and how to measure performance.
- Solid experience with financial modeling, waterfall calculations, and fund accounting basics.
- Very detail‑oriented-comfortable handling sensitive financial info.
- Great collaborator who can work well with Finance, HR/Comp, and senior leaders.
- Strong communication skills and able to explain complex financial topics simply.
- Analytical and good at solving problems.
- Values accuracy and integrity in financial work.
- Likes to improve processes and make things run more smoothly.
- Can zoom in on the details but still keep the big picture in mind.

Salary : $170,000 - $230,000
