**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with SEKO pumps and dosing systems using manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Provide technical support to customers and service companies via phone and email
- Assist customers with product installation, calibration, and operation
- Conduct occasional on-site service visits and technical training
- Train customers and sales teams on SEKO equipment and systems
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist the Sales team with technical product questions
- Update technical manuals and documentation
- Assist with building demo systems for training and demonstrations
- Assist with troubleshooting technical components on the manufacturing floor when needed
- Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions independently
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, plumbing, or electrical components preferred
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel occasionally (approximately **10--15%**) for customer support, installations, and training
