Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
$85,000 - $100,000

Key Accountabilities Include
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct thorough presentations .
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing contacts, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- 5 - 10 years of International and Domestic Logistics experience - a MUST
- Proven experience in sales management or a related field, preferably in technical sales or B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent lead generation capabilities with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in account management practices to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Demonstrated business development acumen with an understanding of market dynamics.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for sales tracking and reporting is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
