We are seeking a full-time, hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience and possesses strong technical skills. This position requires someone who can actively manage daily operations and temporarily perform hands-on work alongside the team when needed, specifically in brazing and electrical assembly
