SEHLKE POSITION TITLE: SME II/SME III/SME IV
LOCATION: MCAS Yuma, Arizona;
JOB DESCRIPTION: Sehlke Consulting is currently seeking qualified candidates to provide Test Data Analysis Support to Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma commands. The project includes technical contracted services solutions that will accelerate product delivery, enhance data analytics, and optimize the effectiveness of resources provided Testing and Evaluation.
Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to the following:
- Attend test data review meetings.
- Assist in design of experiments and test planning processes.
- Assist in the data collection process.
- Develop data analysis processes.
- Assure data quality control.
- Assist in the verification and validation of test data against modeling and simulation data.
- Provide support to the generation of data analysis summaries and other analytical documents.
- Assist in the generation of reports and graphics which summarize data and test results.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Desired: N/A
- EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 5 years’ experience researching, planning, developing, implementing and/or operating test database and data analysis hardware, software, and procedures to satisfy test data reduction, analysis, and presentation requirements.
SYSTEM SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Microsoft suite of systems
- Statistical Analysis Programs such as R Studio, SAS, MATLAB
- Modeling and Simulation tools such as SimuLink, COMSOLVE
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Travel required two weeks per year.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and written.
- Ability to multi-task and employ problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative in problem solving and achieve organizational goals with minimal oversight.
