Revenue Operations Specialist

If you enjoy solving problems, working across teams, and turning complex order and deduction issues into clear resolutions, this role could be a great fit. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in protecting revenue, improving accuracy across the Order-to-Cash process, and helping the business deliver a better customer experience. You will partner closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain while gaining visibility into how orders, shipments, billing, and retailer deductions connect end to end.

What You’ll Do:

• Review customer purchase orders and help ensure pricing, quantities, and commercial terms are accurate before processing.
• Monitor order, shipment, and billing data across SAP and customer portals to identify mismatches and resolve issues quickly.
• Investigate deductions and chargebacks by gathering information from cross-functional partners and determining whether claims are valid.
• Build clear, well-documented dispute packages using supporting materials such as purchase orders, proof of delivery, invoices, shipping documents, and correspondence.
• Track open deductions, disputes, deadlines, and outcomes to help keep cases moving toward resolution.
• Analyze root causes behind deductions and revenue leakage, then recommend process improvements to reduce repeat issues.
• Create regular reports and insights on deduction trends, recovery performance, and financial impact.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, deductions management, revenue accounting, or a similar analytical operations role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Working knowledge of retailer portals such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy for data retrieval and claim or ticket submission.
• Comfort working with retailer portals such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and IF formulas.
• Ability to work with large datasets, spot discrepancies, and turn findings into actionable next steps.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and documentation skills.
• Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across multiple teams and explain findings to stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive priorities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
• Experience in eMobility, consumer electronics, powersports, or another product-driven environment is a plus.
• Experience working in a multinational or international team environment is a plus.

Physical Demands:

This position is primarily office-based and requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer using standard office equipment. The role involves frequent data review, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet reporting deadlines or resolve time-sensitive disputes. The employee must often lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
