Support composite bonding operations involving aircraft blades, cowlings, and related aerospace components.
Operate and monitor autoclave equipment according to established procedures and specifications.
Prepare parts and materials for bonding and curing processes.
Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
Perform inspections before, during, and after bonding operations.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Troubleshoot minor process issues and escalate concerns as needed.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with autoclaves, composites, or aerospace manufacturing processes.
Experience in composite fabrication, curing, bonding, or related manufacturing operations preferred.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow strict process controls.
Willingness to learn specialized bonding processes through company-provided training.
Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
