Primary Function
As Sports & iGaming Audit Analyst, this role will spearhead the delivery of accurate financial and compliance reporting, working closely with internal teams and our Operator Partners. Expertise in accounting and audit will empower our teams to run clean, compliant, and data-driven operations, identifying variances, mitigating risk, and influencing strategic decisions.
Essential Duties
Regulatory Reporting & Compliance
· Work internally to format reporting data to ensure compliance with the Operator’s MICS, Title 31, Nevada revenue reporting regulations and other state audit standards.
· Coordinate internally and externally with Operator’s regarding audits, addressing and resolving findings, including the independent testing and state laboratories as required
Financial Analysis & Reconciliation
· Perform and oversee Operator’s revenue reconciliation across sport-betting, pari-mutuel and interactive platforms.
· Analyze financial reports to identify variances; investigate causes and implement corrective actions.
Project Management & Audit Oversight
· Plan, execute, and close projects related to reporting systems, audit readiness, and compliance upgrades.
· Provide information and feedback to R&D as they review new Sports & iGaming Product features and updates to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance
· Collaborate with Compliance on any new jurisdictions to ensure we comply with all new state requirements for Sports & iGaming
Stakeholder Reporting & Decision Support
· Create and maintain KPI dashboards and variance reports.
· Present audit outcomes, reconciliations, and financial insights to senior leadership.
· Recommend solutions and support decision-making based on findings.
Training & Process Improvement
· Educate cross-functional teams on gaming reporting requirements, compliance standards, and best practices.
· Provide product trainings and walk-through demonstrations for new and existing Operator clients
· Streamline reporting workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting/audit, gaming and revenue reporting is a plus.
- Proven experience with revenue reconciliation and audit variance analysis.
- Proficiency with financial software, reporting tools, and gaming platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and excellent communication skills to influence, motivate, and build trust with both clients and internal teams.
- Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, maintaining focus under pressure.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in online gaming, sports, pari-mutuel, real money gaming, or fast-moving B2B/B2C technology industries.

Travel Requirements
Occasional travel to client sites, tradeshows and/or company offices, as needed.
