Accelerated Resource Teachers are paid a daily rate of $225.00. If serving as a substitute teacher on a day scheduled to serve as an ART, the pay is calculated at $145.00 per day. If serving as a substitute teacher on a day on which the individual is not scheduled to serve as an ART, the normal rate, as indicated on the district Substitute Salary Schedule, will apply. Service days as an ART do not count as credit towards advancement on the Substitute Salary Schedule unless the ART is serving as a substitute teacher.
