Seeker Property Group (Renting502) owns and operates a well-maintained apartment portfolio in Old Louisville. As a result of our growth, we are looking to add a full time maintenance technician. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally respond to maintenance calls
- Perform move-in/move-out inspections
- Turnover/make-ready punch-out's
- Light landscaping
- Schedule and coordinate repairs with 3rd party vendors
- Review and approve work from subcontractors
- Minor plumbing and electrical maintenance
- Perform minor HVAC maintenance (diagnose and resolve heat/AC issues, change filters, etc.)
- Small painting, carpentry and masonry repairs
- Material pickup and purchasing
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve unique problems
- Access to appropriate hand, power and specialty tools
- Responsive to texts/calls and email
- Able to lift 50 lbs
Strongly Desired
- HVAC-R Certification or extensive HVAC experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
