Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our winning team at the Olde Towne Village Apartments in Clarksville, IN. We are offering $21- to $24 per hour plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.

- Competitive pay $21.00 to 24.00 an hour
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
- $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks
- 2 years' experience in general maintenance
- Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
- Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
