Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in our Clarksville, IN and Louisville region. We are offering up to $26/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 3 years' experience in general maintenance
- Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
- Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
- Knowledge of plumbing, sweeting copper pipe.
- Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers
and garbage disposal. - Extensive HVAC and/or boiler system knowledge required
