As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our product ecosystem. Mobile is a critical component of how our customers and field teams interact with our platform, and your expertise will ensure our Android applications deliver seamless, reliable, and impactful experiences. This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes the way our products are used in the field.
What You'll Do
• Lead Mobile Innovation – Architect, build, and maintain native iOS applications that are mission-critical to our products.
• Own the Experience – Ensure seamless user experiences across iOS devices, from sleek UI to resilient backend integration.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Raise the Bar – Perform code reviews, mentor others, and champion mobile best practices.
• Push the Boundaries – Leverage modern iOS frameworks, cloud services, and edge capabilities to create new possibilities in insurtech.
What You Bring
• iOS Expertise – Proficiency in Swift (and Objective-C as needed) with deep knowledge of Apple’s frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI).
• Architecture Skills – Experience designing scalable, maintainable mobile applications
• API Integration – Strong background integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend teams to optimize data flows.
• App Store Experience – Track record of shipping and maintaining production apps.
• Problem-Solver – Ability to tackle complex challenges with a balance of speed and precision.
Bonus Points For
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Android for cross-platform collaboration
• Prior experience in insurtech or field services
