As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our product ecosystem. Mobile is a critical component of how our customers and field teams interact with our platform, and your expertise will ensure our Android applications deliver seamless, reliable, and impactful experiences. This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes the way our products are used in the field.
What You'll Do
• Lead Mobile Development – Architect, build, and maintain native Android applications that are central to our product suite.
• Own the Experience – Deliver smooth, responsive, and resilient user experiences across a wide range of Android devices.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver complete solutions.
• Mentor & Elevate – Conduct code reviews, mentor others, and drive adoption of best practices in Android development.
• Innovate & Evolve – Harness modern Android frameworks, cloud integration, and edge capabilities to enhance our product offerings.
What You Bring
• Android Expertise – Proficiency in Kotlin (and Java as needed) with deep knowledge of Android SDK and modern app architecture.
• Architecture Skills – Experience building scalable, maintainable mobile applications.
• API Integration – Strong experience consuming RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend engineers on data flows.
• Play Store Experience – Proven track record of building, releasing, and maintaining production apps.
• Problem-Solver – Strong analytical and creative thinking to tackle complex challenges.
Bonus Points For
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with iOS for cross-platform collaboration
• Prior experience in insurtech or field services
