POSITION – Warehouse Associate | General Labor (Lead Potential)
JOB LOCATION – Chippewa Falls, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Long-Term, Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift, Flexible Schedule between 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8.5-hour shift), Monday–Friday
STARTING PAY – $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience needed
The Warehouse Associate will assist with a variety of warehouse and facility duties including pallet inspection, loading product, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Inspect and evaluate pallets for quality and usability
Load product into trailers, including palletizing materials by hand
Assist with general warehouse organization and housekeeping
Empty trash containers and plastic wrap bins and manage recycling processes
Bale plastic wrap and recycle green banding materials
Operate floor sweeper or scrubber to maintain a clean warehouse environment
Clean underneath racking and maintain safe walkways and work areas
Support daily warehouse operations and assist wherever needed
Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent attendance and reliability with solid job history
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
Willingness to take initiative and learn new responsibilities
Basic reading, communication, and math skills
Ability to work in cooler temperatures (approximately 35°F at times)
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs. consistently and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and carrying throughout the shift
