POSITION – General Labor | Warehouse Associate
JOB LOCATION – Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temporary until August 2026
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st shift (7:00am-4:00pm, Mon-Fri)
STARTING PAY – $18.00 per hour
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous manufacturing experience preferred
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for inspecting pallets, including but not limited to loading product into a trailer by hand, plus cleaning duties as well as maintaining a safe working atmosphere by following the Company Safety Polices.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect pallets
- Empty trash cans and plastic wrap bins, bail plastic wrap
- Load the trailer with product including palletizing by hand
- Recycle green banding
- Clean underneath racking, run the floor sweeper/scrubber
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to work alone and with others under busy conditions
- Prepared to work in cooler temperatures, average of 35 degrees
- Basic reading, communication, and math skills
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. consistently and to lift, bend, twist, push, pull, and carry throughout your shift
