Position – Production Line load/Unload
Job Location – Oconomowoc, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) –1st Shift-6:30AM-5PM
Starting Pay – $17
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Prep and hang parts to be painted
- Assist in moving parts through the paint system
- Unload and package completed parts for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform frequent standing, bending, lifting, and twisting
- Lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
- Complete simple paperwork for finished parts
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and take pride in workmanship
- Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
- Maintain flexibility to assist in other areas of the shop or warehouse during downtime
Qualifications
- 1 year hands-on experience
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Able to work in an extremely Fast paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
