Tooling Lead
Location: Cudahy, WI
Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Starting Pay: $28/hour

Why This Role Matters:
As our Tooling Lead, you’ll keep our production tools in top shape, support new tool development, and ensure every project meets exacting standards. Your work directly impacts efficiency, quality, and the success of our automated processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build, repair, and upgrade production tools using welding, soldering, grinding, fitting, and assembly.
- Develop and standardize tooling designs to improve consistency and performance.
- Troubleshoot recurring tool issues and implement long-lasting solutions.
- Maintain preventive maintenance routines to keep high-use tools operating reliably.
- Track projects, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with production to meet deadlines.
- Jump in on new projects or overtime as needed to keep operations moving.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on fabrication and mechanical skills.
- Ability to identify root causes of tool failures and implement practical fixes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) experience is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
