Position – Staffing Coordinator
Job Location – Oshkosh, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Direct Hire - Internal
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 8am to 5pm
Starting Pay – 40K, based on experience
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As a Staffing Recruiter, you are the bridge between our client companies and our candidates. Your day-to-day will involve:
Responsibilities
- Recruiting top talent
- Interviewing and screening candidates
- Filling job requests from our client companies
- Customer Service
- Minimal travel to client locations
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year of previous customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license
- Type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
