Position – Shipping/Receiving
Job Location – Menasha, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:30am – 3:00pm) Monday thru Friday
Starting Pay – $19 per hour
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As a shipping/receiving associate you will work in an independent manner. Make sure paperwork is filled out accurately and neatly. Work with the production team in fulfilling customer expectations. To provide a positive link between production, BEI customer service and our customers contacts. Detailing shipping updates, paperwork and components as they relate to a job
Responsibilities
- To follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook.
- To prepare loads for shipment as specified per individual customer. This includes proper skid size, appropriate load flags and correct shipping documentation.
- To have knowledge of palletizing requirements from individual customers. This includes whether they need corners, tops, bands or special load flags.
- To properly fill out packing slips. Packing slips should contain the customers’ purchase order number, job number, number of pallets, qty. per pallet, total quantity and any special codes in which the customer specifies they want included.
Qualifications
- 2yrs Operating Forklift
- Exp. with Inventory control systems
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Positive Attitude
