POSITION: CNC Saw Operator
JOB LOCATION: Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE: Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM: Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT): 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
STARTING PAY: $20.00–$22.00/hour (Based on Experience)
BENEFITS: Weekly pay, stable first shift schedule, on-the-job training, and the opportunity to become a permanent employee with a growing manufacturer.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Job Duties:
- Operate a CNC Band Saw to cut raw materials to specifications.
- Operate a CNC belt sander and use various polishing and sanding power tools.
- Retrieve raw materials from storage racks and transport them to production using carts.
- Load materials onto machine conveyor tracks and set machine parameters according to work orders.
- Measure materials to ensure accurate cuts and quality standards.
- Stack, package, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production.
- Spend approximately 60% of the shift cutting materials and 40% polishing and sanding finished parts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Previous saw experience is required
- CNC experience is required
- Comfortable performing repetitive lifting throughout the day.
- Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
