Position – Restoration Technician
Job Location –Door County, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term Direct Hire
Employment Type –Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 4:00pm) 1st Shift (Monday–Friday)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $23 - $25 per hour
Benefits – Full health, vision, dental, 401k with 3% Match. Schedule is 4 10’s, $50/hr incentive pay for weekend work and on-call. PTO starts at 1 week, after 1 yr of service it is bumped to 2 weeks.
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience -Restoration/Mitigation experience is a benefit but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare the work site by moving furniture and equipment, and restore it to its original configuration upon job completion.
- Execute projects according to the predefined scope and schedule.
- Comply with all safety and PPE requirements, and promptly report any safety concerns to the Crew Chief.
- Document all job site activities accurately and timely in the proper systems and files.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude
- Experience in water/fire restoration is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
