POSITION – Quality Inspector
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday 2:00pm to 12:00am
STARTING PAY – $21 to $23 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of quality inspection experience required
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting metal parts and ensuring they meet precise specifications using various measuring tools. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality and supporting production standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect metal parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to take precise measurements
- Identify defects and document inspection results
- Work closely with production to address quality concerns
- Maintain accurate records and follow quality procedures
Qualifications
- Experience measuring metal parts required
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
