POSITION – Production Supervisor.
JOB LOCATION – Random Lake, WI.
STARTING DATE – Immediate.
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct-hire.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-time.
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
STARTING PAY – $28-$36/hour.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Leadership in a manufacturing environment experience required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Train personnel.
• Assign personnel to job roles.
• Ensure proper procedures and materials are being used.
• Ensure customer specifications are met.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Quality control.
• Enforce safety procedures and processes.
• Anticipate production or scheduling issues and correct them to prevent downtime or quality issues.
• Maintain a high level of communication with leadership.
