Press Operator / Metal Stamping Operator
Location: Baldwin, WI
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Position Overview
We are hiring a Press Operator / Metal Stamping Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Baldwin. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent weekday schedule and long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Operate metal stamping presses safely and efficiently
- Load and unload metal parts into stamping equipment
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform basic measurements using inspection tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate production issues to supervisors as needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or press operation experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
Schedule & Requirements
- Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- No weekends
- Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
- Pants and T-shirts required
- No cutoff sleeves, sleeveless shirts, or shorts
