POSITION – Manufacturing Support Specialist
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday
4:00am–2:00pm
STARTING PAY – $20.00 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but willing to train dependable candidates
As a Manufacturing Support Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting daily production operations by handling sheet metal materials, organizing parts, and ensuring products are prepared properly for the next stage of production or shipment. This is a physical, fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys active work and wants long-term advancement opportunities within a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Handle and move sheet metal materials throughout the production area
- Sort and organize metal parts based on production needs
- Stack finished materials safely and efficiently
- Palletize completed products for shipping or storage
- Assist with staging materials for production teams
- Inspect parts for basic quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support manufacturing operations wherever needed
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
- Comfortable lifting, stacking, and moving metal materials
- Strong attendance and dependable work history required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing, production, or material handling experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to Grafton
