POSITION – Entry Level Machine Operator (Plastic Molding)
JOB LOCATION – Saukville, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 3rd Shift
STARTING PAY – $17.25 per hour
BENEFITS – Great entry-level opportunity with training provided, weekly pay, and potential for long-term employment with benefits upon hire
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Entry level welcomed; manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus. Willing to train. Second chance employer.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, motivated, and looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. You will be trained to operate plastic molding machines and ensure quality parts are being produced in a safe and efficient environment.
Responsibilities
- Run plastic molding machines in a production setting
- Inspect finished parts for quality and defects
- Load and unload materials into machines
- Trim or remove excess material from molded parts as needed
- Monitor machine operation and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and be trained on machine operation
- Ability to work 3rd shift consistently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
