Position – Lead Maintenance Technician
Job Location – Ripon, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st (6:00am-4:00pm) Some weekends.
Starting Pay – $37-$40 based on experience.

Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring the continuous operation and reliability of our facility's essential equipment. Your duties will include:
Inspecting, testing, and documenting the condition and performance of various facility equipment.
Troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment issues.
Performing hands-on maintenance and repair on a wide range of systems, including:
Pumps
Conveyors
Machine cells
Piping
Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Leading and coordinating the Maintenance team.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of prior Maintenance experience in a similar industrial or facility setting.
Technical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous documentation skills for logging inspections, tests, and repairs.
Leadership: A strong commitment to safety, quality work, and continuous improvement. Motivating the team.
