Work Hours (Shift) – Days, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
Starting Pay – $21 to $23 per hour

Required Education – Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Required Experience – 1 year of IT experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems in a timely manner.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with IT security policies.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and related accessories.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to systems and applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the service ticketing system.
- Assist with network and server troubleshooting, including routers, switches, and printers.
- Provide remote and on-site support as needed for employees or clients.
- Collaborate with IT management and other team members on larger infrastructure or deployment projects.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and network configurations.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
