We are currently seeking Bilingual (Spanish/English) Inspector/Packers to join our team. As an Inspector Packer, your primary responsibility will be to inspect products for quality and pack them according to company standards. The ideal candidate for this role will have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
POSITION – Inspector/Packer
JOB LOCATION – Mequon, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift or 3rd shift. 12 hour rotating schedule. 6:30am to 6:30pm or 6:30pm to 6:30am.
STARTING PAY – $15.64 1st shift, $17.64 3rd shift
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Key Responsibilities:
1. As an Inspector Packer, you will be responsible for inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards.
2. The Inspector Packer will also be responsible for packing products in a timely and efficient manner.
3. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products are packed correctly.
4. The Inspector Packer will maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
5. In this role, you will be required to follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
6.Assist in the production of quality plastic containers to fulfill work orders
7.Monitor machines to ensure production is running smoothly
Qualifications:
-Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Must have a solid attendance record from prior employment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
