Position – HR Generalist
Job Location – Clintonville, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temporary, 4 months
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
Starting Pay – $24 BOE
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As an HR Generalist, you will be support the HR functions for a manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Support new hire orientation and onboarding
- Review and follow up with applicants
- Assist HR team in addressing employee questions and concerns
- Various HR administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Human Resources or Business related degree or relevant experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to commit to entirety of assignment, at least until 12/31/26.
