Graphic Design & Print Specialist - 2nd Shift
We are looking for a motivated Design Specialist to assist with creating and preparing designs for printed materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting their design career and eager to learn about the printing process.
Position – Graphic Design & Print Specialist
Job Location – Menomonie, WI
Starting Date – ASAP, Immediately
Employment Term – Long-Term, Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift (Monday through Thurs, 3:00pm to 1:00am) **In August 2026, shift will be changing to 3pm-3am either Sun-Tues or Wed-Fri, work 36, paid for 40
Starting Pay – $17.00 per hour

Required Education – None
Required Experience – Need to have experience or knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or other comprehensive design software and willing to learn Illustrator
You will use Adobe Illustrator produce high quality customized print items while working closely with the production teams to ensure the final products meet the required standards.
Responsibilities
-Assist in creating simple designs and layouts for print
-Prepare files for printing, ensuring they are set up correctly for production
-Follow guidelines to ensure all designs meet client or brand specifications
-Support the team with revisions and design updates
-Organize and manage files for easy access and version control
-Willing and able to cross train in other areas of production including Print and Converting
Qualifications
-Experience using Adobe Illustrator would be excellent, but not required
-Willingness to learn about print production processes
-Team player with good communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
