POSITION – Warehouse Associate
JOB LOCATION – Belgium, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – $18 to $20 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Open to those willing to learn; prior warehouse or lift experience is a plus
As a warehouse associate, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by picking and stocking inventory, preparing shipments, and assisting with warehouse organization. This position offers a variety of hands-on responsibilities and the opportunity to grow with the company. Upon hire-on, you will also be trusted to operate company vehicles and occasionally travel to other facilities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Pick and stock inventory in tight warehouse racking spaces
- Box, package, label, palletize, and wrap outgoing shipments
- Build pallets for larger items using basic electric power tools
- Operate warehouse lift equipment, including elevated basket lifts (20–30 feet)
- Assist with loading and moving larger items using a sit-down propane forklift when needed
- Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the warehouse
- Drive company vehicles after hire-on for occasional travel to other facilities, including Manitowoc
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness are essential
- Comfortable working at heights using warehouse lift equipment
- Forklift or narrow-space lift experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic power tools
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of warehouse tasks
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment
