Position – Forklift Driver
Job Location – Ixonia, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm)
Starting Pay – $20-$22 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Load/unload stamping dies up to 20,000 lbs, transfer materials/containers, unload trucks with incoming steel for stamping department.
· Perform incoming inspection on coil and receive material into system.
· Provide assistance for stamping tooling set-up.
· Comply with policies, processes, and systems of the ISO quality management system.
· Support the commitment to a safe work environment as stated in the safety vision and the safety manual.
QUALIFICATIONS
· High School education supplemented by on-the-job training, including outside training.
· Min. 5 years forklift experience in tooling setup of large tools (greater than 10,000 lbs).
· Experience working a manufacturing environment a plus.
· Strong industrial math skills and attention to details.
· Ability to learn tasks, and follow directions, including use of measurement equipment.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
