Job Title:
Food Service Worker / Counter Associate
Step into a lively role as a Food Service Worker / Counter Associate at Einstein Bagels on the UW Eau Claire campus. This position is ideal for individuals who are energized by customer-facing work, excel in fast-paced environments, and value a team-oriented atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service at the counter, taking orders and answering guest questions with a friendly attitude.
- Assemble and serve sandwiches and other menu items according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary food preparation and service area.
- Restock supplies and help keep workstations tidy throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and cleanliness protocols.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient, high-quality customer experiences during busy periods.
Desired Qualities:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to handle high-volume periods.
- Reliability, presentable appearance, and adherence to the required uniform (black collared shirt, black pants, slip-resistant shoes).
- Basic computer competency is a plus.

Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Full-Time, temporary (approximately 5-6 months, until end of semester or end of school year)
